Recipe : Royal Vermicilli Kheer


Ingredients: 
Vermecelli - 1/2 cup
Sugar or Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Dry fruit of your choice -cut it into small pieces
Elaichy - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 4 cups
Ghee
Method
Roast cashew and raisins in ghee on a stove.
Add vermicilli and fry till golden brown, stirring constantly.
Pour the milk, sugar, almonds; pistachio and stirring constantly bring to boil
Cook for about 20 minutes or until the milk is slightly thickened
 Add rose water and chill thoroughly
Serve chilled
