Environment Friendly Diwali

Diwali is celebrated by the individuals of different caste and religion. This festival celebrates the victory of good over evil. The illumination of earthen lamps on amavasya night indicates the establishment of illumination and the end of darkness and sorrows.
There are some facts we all should avoid to maintain the grace and beauty of the celebration. For instance: avoid air and noise pollution, unnecessary power consumption, etc. as these may lead to hearing loss , high blood pressure, sleeping disturbances, Asthma, headache, irritability, skin allergies etc. which will take away the joy and grace of the celebration.
It would be better and more fun if community celebrations are done; firecrackers are burnt during the stipulated hours etc. Ensure that celebrations are done in an open area and away from hospitals etc. Purchase eco friendly crackers instead of regular ones. Also try to decorate more with earthen lamps instead of electric lights. Celebrate this Diwali with minimal pollution.
Celebrate this Diwali with minimal pollution. Make an attempt to help poor people by offering food and clothing rather than spending huge money on fire crackers. Ensure less consumption of electricity.
Try to help those who need it this Diwali .Donate clothes, food items to the children in orphanages. We have everything we want and need still we desire for more yet these kids expect little and they do not even have a home. Let’s make their life beautiful. You can donate toys, sweets, chocolate hampers, crackers, clothes to these children.
Also, you can reach a wide spectrum of those in need by associating with or helping NGO’s. Giving a substantial donation or giving gifts to the NGO’s will help it in reaching those in need. Let us illuminate the lives of others also this Diwali.
